WATER ON SHOW SITE The convention center will have water fountains available in different areas, so be sure to bring your water bottles with you from the hotel. Water will also be available in the Exhibit Hall during breaks.
NEW CE HOURS THURSDAY & SUNDAY Extra Hour on Thursday Night 5:00 PM – 8:50 PM and Sunday Morning Lectures only from 8:00 AM - 11:50 AM.
EXHIBITOR LUNCH & LEARNS You can still attend even if you’re not signed up. See pg. 64 for details and descriptions. Complimentary lunch will be provided during the Lunch & Learns on Friday and Saturday.
CE/RACE CERTIFICATES These will NOT be handed out onsite. They will be emailed to you after the completion of the show to the email we have on file for you. Use the CE Checklist provided in your conference bag, onsite guide or through the mobile app to record your presence at each session you attend. It is then your responsibility to submit CE to your state board. SWVS does not submit CE reports for attendees.
