Primary Use - Food Additive & Oral Health: FLAVORING AGENT: Start with a toothpick dipped in the oil and stirred into the mixture, and then add more to taste as needed. REDUCES BAD BREATHE: Add 3-4 drops to 8oz of water and use as a gargle. Gargle for 30-45 seconds.Or place one drop under the tongue followed with a glass of water.
TEETH/GUM HEALTH: Add one drop to toothbrush and brush for 45-60 seconds. REDUCE INFECTIONS: 1 drops by mouth daily or as needed. Up to 3 times daily.
