( 1 ) A Bible Institute at Changsha (the capital city of Hunan Province). . .. ( 2 ) Thirteen Evangelistic Bands with thirteen men in eaoh band, devoting the mornings to Bible study, and the arier- noons to giving the Oospel In the native homes. (8) The Antnmn Bible School and Conference at Nanyoh (one of China’s five sacred mountains). Hundreds of conversions have resulted from the work done among the thousands of pilgrims. OUR EVANGELISTIC BANDS IN 1926

This provides a force of 169 evangelists who are giving full time service in extensive and intensive evangelism in the vast areas where the Gospel of Jesus Christ has not yet been proclaimed. The Biola Evangelistic Bands are traveling training schools for Christian workers as well as aggressive evangel­ istic agencies. The men of each band are engaged in sys­ tematic class-room Bible study up to ten o’clock every morning and then go out two-by-two for the balance of the day for personal evangelism in the homes of the people. They undertake work in the fields of various missions on the written invitation of the Mission concerned. All the (Continued on page 308)

EADERS of The King’s Business are already famil­ iar with the work of the Biola Evangelistic Bands, organized by and operating under the direction of Dr. Frank A. Keller, Superintendent of our Bible Institute at Changsha, Hunan Province, China. They have from their Inception secured divine approval, and con­ tinue to induce the divine blessing, which prompts us to again outline briefly the possibilities for spreading the Gospel by this means. There are now thirteen of these bands, each being made up of twelve earnest Christian men under the direction of a carefully trained leader of consecration and experience.
