MOHLKE JOINS MERCHANTS BANK
FAMILY SERVICE ROCHESTER ANNOUNCES NEW DIRECTOR OF MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES Dr. Lindsey Hickey has joined Family Service Rochester as Director of Mental Health Services. She has been a licensed psychologist for over 15 years and a clinical supervisor for more than seven. Dr. Hickey comes to us from her position as the Administrative Director at Norton Sound Health Corporation in Alaska.
STOCKER JOINS 125 LIVE
Justin Mohlke has joined Merchants Bank as a Commercial Banker. Justin has been helping customers with their business and personal banking needs for more than 15 years. He previously worked at U.S. Bank from 2021-2025 as a Business Banking Relationship Manager. Leveraging his commercial banking expertise, he looks forward to continuing to serve business customers in the Rochester area.
125 LIVE welcomes Randy Stocker as Community Engagement Manager. A longtime community leader, he’ll focus on expanding partnerships, outreach, and programs. Randy will also continue as Executive Director of Rochesterfest, reinforcing his commitment to building connections
and enhancing community engagement throughout the Rochester area.

HEGLAND RECOGNIZED AS ADVISOR OF THE YEAR
The Landing MN is pleased to announce the appointment of Erin Sinnwell as its new Director of Development. Erin brings extensive experience in fundraising and nonprofit leadership, along with a deep commitment to advancing the mission of The Landing MN. In her new role, Erin aims to enhance community engagement and increase awareness of the challenges faced by individuals experiencing homelessness in our area.
Heather Barness joined the City of Rochester as the Manager of Housing & Neighborhood Services within the community development department on June 30th. Heather has 12+ years in rental property management, with her last role as a Regional Manag- er for Velair Property Management. Heather has been a community leader in this space with involvement in the Rochester Multi Housing Association, Two Rivers Habitat for Humanity, and a graduate of the LGR.
