Stormont-Dundas-Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police officers took on the Glengar- ry District High School hockey team in a fundraising match in Alexandria recently. With the entire student body in attendance, the OPP team emerged victorious 10- 6. But the big winner was the school. Over $600 was raised from the event to be used for mental health initiatives at the school. SD&G O.P.P. Operations Manager and team captain Staff Sergeant Brendan MacDonald, commented, “This event strengthens the relationships we have fostered with our youth. Les élèves avec besoins particuliers de la classe IVCT de l’École élémen- taire catholique Paul VI de Hawkes- bury étaient très heureux de partici- per à une journée hawaïenne, le 26 février dernier. Ils ont pu participer à plusieurs activités, se revêtir d’ac- cessoires et danser au rythme d’une musique tropicale.
