KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • You will have prior project delivery experience, working on projects with values up to £5m • Experience in capital programme management, asset and estate management within an education setting preferred. • Team player. • Strong organisation skills including the ability to multi-task. • Excellent attention to detail. • First rate of communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to remain calm under pressure. • Ability to think strategically. • Ideally professionally qualified (RICS, APM, RIBA, CIOB or equivalent). • Knowledge of Free School programme is preferable • Have a keen interest in Education
