Head west to the legendary Pacific Coast Highway 101. Enjoy a leisurely walk along Cannon Beach and see “Haystack Rock,” a famed geological landmark. Take a self-guided tour and sample some of the award-winning products at Tillamook Cheese Factory. Visit the “Whale Watching Capital of the Oregon Coast,” Depoe Bay, and watch for resident grey whales. Enjoy a 2-night stay with ocean views from your room along the Newport coastline. B, D DAY 3: OREGON COAST Board the 65’ Discovery for a naturalist-led marine discovery cruise — watch for whales, otters, seals, lighthouses, and more! Visit the top attraction on the Oregon Coast, the Oregon Coast Aquarium, and be immersed in a mesmerizing underwater world. Marvel at spectacular ocean views from the tallest lighthouse in Oregon, Yaquina Head Lighthouse. Under starry skies, enjoy a beachfront bonfire with s’mores (weather permitting) .
