When owners couldn’t sell their properties, we offered an alternative solution to weather the bad sales market. We secured quality tenants for our clients and professionally managed their properties until the sales market rebounded. Once the market started to improve, Fulton Grace rapidly expanded its services to include working with buyers, sellers and investors.
