The Warwick Leadership Pathways are a fully flexible framework that allow you to design your own development experience. Whether you’re looking for a quick up-skill, or a longer-term leadership journey, you can choose the path that best suits your personal needs. From single Postgraduate Awards, building up to a Postgraduate Certificate and an Executive Diploma, the Warwick Leadership Pathways are designed with you in mind. Flexible It’s vital to fit your learning around your personal and work commitments, so you can fully focus on everything that is important to you, including your studies. That’s why your learning is broken down into four-day face-to-face blocks at The Shard, London, with a six-week window to complete your assignments. Accredited Each individual Award, Certificate and Diploma is fully-accredited by the University of Warwick, meaning you walk away with a recognised postgraduate qualification for your CV. Assignments are focused on the real-life application of what you learn in the classroom, so you return to your organisation with strategies and reports you can build on straight away.

Immediately applicable to your strategic challenges.
Executive Diplomas, or forge your own route through a variety of topics with the Executive Diploma in Advanced Management. Your studies will be consolidated by an Applied Project, completed over 12 weeks, to bring all of your new knowledge and skills together. If you’re not ready to commit to a full Executive Diploma, you have the option to build up your credits over a period of five years, whichever works best for you.
