However, traditional industrial companies are often saddled with inadequate technical infrastructure and insufficient financial resources. In order to take advantage of the digital revolution, these firms must the daunting challenges of transforming their legacy infrastructure, cultures, and norms. All this, while imagining new value propositions for users by integrating various digital capabilities. This programme will help you gain a new perspective on digital innovation and learn the ‘Digital First Strategy’ – a powerful, comprehensive strategic framework to create value from digital assets. You will learn how digital assets can be used to design a powerful digital value loop and how to build a digital moat to protect your competitive advantage. You will also leave with the Digital First Maturity Assessment Tool, which you can use to diagnose where you organisation is in its digital transformation journey and discover your next steps.
How is the programme structured? This Postgraduate Award will run across four days of face-to-face teaching at our London base in The Shard, with a six week window to complete your assignments. You will consolidate your learning through relevant assignments that will provide useful tools to take back to your organisation.

Day 3 Through interactive workshops, understand and analyse where your organisation is currently placed on the digital transformation spectrum. Day 4 Using your new learnings, explore how you can move and advance digital transformation in your organisation, to reach new goals and targets.
