2. Where is registration? Registration is in the North Wing Lobby, the main entrance to the facility. Print your badge at one of the many express kiosks at the airport, hotel, or in the lobby to speed your entry to the floor. 3. How do I navigate the show and schedule my day? Get a map, event schedule, and contacts right at your fingertips with the official Equip Exposition app sponsored by the TurfMutt Foundation. The app is the best way to plan your schedule. Navigate and mark the exhibits you want to see and education sessions to attend.
4. What is in each wing? Exhibits for Expo and HNA are in the West Wing and North Wing, and Expo takes up the entire South Wing and East Hall. Food is in Freedom Hall, and at grab-and-go stands throughout the facility.
A show this size requires strategy. The Kentucky Exposition Center (KEC) is one of the largest facilities of its kind, and Expo takes up nearly every square foot of it. First-timers and seasoned show vets alike should bring comfortable shoes and pack a plan to make sure you get the most out of Expo with these tips. 1. How does parking work? If you’re driving to the KEC, parking is free. Don’t stop at the gates—just come on in. Expert attendees know the best place to park is around back, and come in through the Skywalk right to registration.
5. There is so much to see. How do I do it all?
Divide and conquer. Bring a few of your colleagues and target the products and education sessions you can’t miss. And plan on being at the show all three days.
