Instructions for: Magnet Sheets
1. Set the press to 165°C and 180 seconds. Medium pressure. 2. Print your design in mirror image on sublimation paper, and with a sublimation printer and ink. 3. Place a metal sheet bigger than the magnet sheet you will press, on the rubber of your press.
4. Place a sheet of copy paper on top of the metal sheet.
5. Cut out your artwork, and line up the white side of the magnet sheet with the print. (Whiteside facing the print)
6. Carefully turn the magnet sheet around with the print, so that the print is on top. Place it on the normal copy paper, with the metal sheet still underneath it. Make sure the magnet sheet is on the metal sheet and not hanging off.
7. Secure it with heat tape. The heat tape will go from the print to the copy paper. Do not put heat tape on the magnet sheet.
8. Press for 180 seconds
9. When the time is up, open the press and remove the print immediately. If you see any bubbles, take a soft cloth and rub it out from the middle outwards. DO NOT take the magnet sheet off the metal before all bubbles are removed, the magnet still needs to be hot when doing so.
