BDGO 27/07/2023 Rider reported that near the 800m her mount commenced to race keenly, was steadied off heels and from this point raced three wide without cover. SANL 05/07/2023 Improved performance. Trainer reported that at its previous start the gelding was not suited when having to race wide without cover throughout. He added that the gelding, after having a favourable run in transit today, was able to finish the race off strongly. SANH19/07/2023 instructions were to settle comfortably, which was anticipated to be rear due to the race appearing to have strong early speed. Rider added after beginning awkwardly, restrained mount to obtain cover and was reluctant to pressure mount due to historical failure to finish when pressured early. Rider added there was no intention to trail so considerably. BRTS 18/07/2023 Raced wide without cover throughout. The saddle of Rivkin slipped back through the middle stages placing rider at a disadvantage before the gelding was eased down in the straight. SANL 12/07/2023
