Floor Shift

Box 1 (first tasks) - Clean off tables as soon as members get up from their table both inside and outside - Sweep the floor - Take dishes back to the dish pit as bus tubs start to fill up -Make sure tables are approiately set, chairs are pushed in, and salt and pepper shakers are centered

Box 2 (secondary tasks) - Make sure the beverage station is stocked sufficiently with plenty of napkins and drink lids - Refill Tractor beverages, infused water, condiments as needed - Clean bussing station counters and shelves - Check soda bibs to make sure they are not empty - Refill the ice machine -Take the trash out if any of trashcans become full

Box 3 (final tasks) - Make sure the to go shelf is stocked with bags, to go utensils, and to go boxes -Refill salt and pepper shakers - Sanitize door handles - Polish glassware - Make roll ups - Assist POS person - Get the deep cleaning list and complete a deep cleaning task
