clare themselves. That rebellion is described in Revelation 20:7-8. Fire will then be rained down from heaven and will devour them. “ And the devil that deceived them” will then be “ cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are” (Rev. 20: 10). Then will take place the Judg ment of the Great White Throne, after which the earth will be puri fied, and “ a new heaven and a new earth" will appear; “ for the first heaven and the first earth” will have passed away. There will be no more sea. And after the earth has been purified and made new, the Lord Jesus shall hand it back to the Father, and the Trinitarian God shall be all in all, whom we as His redeemed ones will worship and serve forever and forever, through the marvelous grace of God that sent His Son to die for our redemp tion. ENOCH'S PROPHECY Q. Does Enoch’s Prophecy men tioned in Jude 14, 15 refer to the Rapture of the Church? A. No, it is altogether different from those prophecies of the rap ture of the church, the blessed hope. Enoch’s vision was of the Lord Jesus re tu rn in g with the church, personally, bodily, visibily, to establish His kingdom on earth. In that day He will judge all the apostates mentioned here, and rule with a rod of iron. This is a most interesting pas sage in the Word of God. Except for Jude, we would not have known of this prediction of Enoch’s: “ Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, to execute judgment upon all. . . ." Enoch uttered this prophecy to the men of his own generation; for "by faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death” (Heb. 11:5) When was this? It was before the flood which was a type of the judgments to come upon the world in the days of the great tribulation. Enoch was a type of the church which will be trans lated before the Antichrist is re vealed and the purifying judgments sweep the earth.
