While there are still some final details to be confirmed – including some amazing headline speakers - here’s a taster of what’s in store…
Our values are not something we just have at work, they are deeply held beliefs that we don’t switch on and off depending on where we are or who we’re with. Our shared Newton values are central to our DNA, they help us to work together in ways that build mutual respect and deliver some incredible outcomes, with some Newton fun along the way too. Our Living the Values Day is all about how those values come to life when we’re not at work. And, because we know that we’re all different and that creating an inclusive environment where there is something for everyone really matters, we’ve created an incredible programme of activities where you quite literally won’t be able to do it all! We’re going to be asking you to choose the activities that really stand out for you so that you can create your own, unique event experience. 10am-4pm Living the Values
Love our People Take some time to look after yourself and learn something new; join one of our activities like learning how to make the perfect pattern in barista coffee foam, get involved with sessions about nutrition or kick back and make the most of our massage chairs. There will even be a session on clothing repair so you canlove your wardrobe and environment too. Exceptional Performance Exceptional performance is different for us all. It might be you want some expert practical running technique tips, or you’re up for taking part in our Everest challenge, or you want to get to grips with your own financial wellbeing, there’s plenty planned. We’re also going to be joined by Luke Grenfell-Shaw for a Q&A about his film ‘Life in Tandem - from Bristol to Beijing’ - a very personal and truly inspiring journey following his cancer diagnosis when a Newton offer holder. Professionalism with Respect In this area, you can get stuck into activities you may not find the time to do day to day, whether that’s getting involved with some of our charity partners, joining one of our RADA masterclasses, get some tips on hybrid working or join our N-Vironment team to learn more about the impact we have on the world.

Whilst we encourage you to share your reflections on the weekend with your comments, please do be aware that clients and the wider Newton network will also see these posts. Waterproof clothing is likely to be a must – you are in Wales after all. Please refer to the activity lists so you can plan your outfits plus any changes throughout the day you might need. Bring your swimsuit if you plan to use the pool.
