WHAT TO E XP E CT FOR YOUR WORKOUT Members may only enter through the Fitness/RS Complex main entrance. A staff member will open the main entrance doors 5 minutes prior to reservation time. The East lot entrance will not be accessible. The check-in process will begin at the allotted reservation time. Your patience is appreciated. Please wait on the designated lines for proper physical distancing until your reservation is confirmed. All members must be checked in and complete a verbal health screening before entering the gym. If a time period is full, members may choose to be placed on a wait list. When a space becomes available, ForeTees will automatically add members from the wait list and send an email confirmation. If you are unable to make a reservation, please cancel as soon as possible to allow those on the waitlist an opportunity to participate. Youth hours are still in effect. Members 14 and 15 years of age and those 12 and 13 years of age who have successfully completed a Youth Certification are eligible to make reservations for periods after 10:00 AM. R E S E RVAT I ONS Reservations are required to enter the Fitness Center and must be made online on ForeTees. Reservations for Fitness will open 3 days in advance of the reservation date at 8:00 AM. Each reservation is for a 75-minute period. This includes visits to the locker rooms and restrooms. Once your time slot is finished, you will be asked to exit the building. Please plan your visit accordingly. Please respect the time limit. Staff need the 45-minute period between reservations to properly sanitize equipment. Government regulations on capacity limit reservations to 35 members during each 75-minute period. A member may only make one reservation per day.

You must check in within 15 minutes of the start of your reservation time. You may leave any time during your reservation period. Please wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before beginning your workout.

P E RSONAL TRA I N I NG & P I L AT E S Personal training appointments may be made directly with a personal trainer. If you are new to personal training, please contact mike.melson@theccv.org to arrange an appointment. Appointments scheduled prior to the Club’s closure are no longer valid. New scheduling protocols are in adherence to government regulations. Members who have a scheduled Wellness appointment will meet the trainer at a pre- arranged entrance for entry into the building. A variety of handheld equipment is available, including medicine balls, dumbbells, and bands. Not all equipment is available to allow for physical distancing and to eliminate touch points. For your safety, all handheld equipment is single use. Equipment should not be shared unless by members of the same household. After using handheld equipment, clean it with gym wipe, then place it in a red bins located in the Fitness Center. Do not use equipment placed in red bins; it is not sanitized. The stretching room is limited to two members at a time. GroupX studios are unavailable. New Youth Certifications and Fitness Center Orientations are unavailable. Please limit the amount of personal belongings you bring with you to the Club. Complimentary apples, newspapers, towels, and coffee/tea service are currently unavailable. Locker rooms are available for changing and restroom use only – no showers, saunas or steam rooms. IMPORTANT GU I DE L I NE S All fitness equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please use gym wipes to clean equipment-both hand-held and larger pieces such as treadmills-before and after usage.

Appointments may be scheduled for either an outdoor or indoor location depending on member needs and available space. Pilates sessions are available, contact erica.phillips@theccv.org for more information. All private session fees and cancellation apply. Outdoor appointments are dependent on weather; trainers will notify members if an appointment must be canceled due to inclement weather. Appointments are required for access to the Personal Training Room and Pilates Studios.

OUTDOOR GROUP E X E RC I S E C L AS S E S

A variety of outdoor group exercise classes will be offered on the Westhampton campus. Please check in with your instructor when you arrive at your designated class location. Classes are open to the entire membership ages 16 years and older. Outdoor classes are limited to 15 participants. Cost for outdoor group exercise classes: $8/class for all members through the month of June. Beginning July 1, group exercise classes will be available at normal GroupX rates ($46/unlimited monthly fee or $15/per single class). Pre-registration is required through MINDBODY; no drop-ins permitted.

Registration opens two days prior to scheduled class. If a class is full, members may choose to be added to the waitlist. Cancellations are accepted up to one hour prior to class to avoid a class charge. If a cancellation is made more than one hour before class, the first member on the waitlist will automatically be placed in the class and will be notified via email. The same cancellation policy applies once you have been placed into class. Please cancel your class reservation if you are unable to attend or remove yourself from the waitlist if you change your mind. If a cancellation is made less than one hour before the class, the MINDBODY will not fill the spot from the waitlist. Instead, in this window of time, members may check to see if a space is opened up and then reserve the open spot manually. Due to MINDBODY parameters, these last-minute spots are first-come, first-served and not based on waitlist. Physical distancing of 10 feet is required. Members should arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the start of class to check in with the instructor at the Flag Pole. No equipment is used in classes, unless a personal mat or blocks for yoga. Members must bring their own towels for DeepH2O. All classes are subject to inclement weather cancellations. Any cancellations will be posted on MINDBODY. Members will not be charged for cancelled classes. Please do not arrive to class anticipating a drop-in spot; physical distancing has been considered and is based on Virginia’s maximum guidelines so exceptions will not be made. Additional online classes are provided through videos during the week.
