CAN YOU CHANGE WHERE YOU LIVE? 2. DO YOU BUY OR RENT? 3. CAN YOU DISPUTE YOUR PROPERTY TAXES? 4. CAN YOU SHOP AROUND YOUR PROPERTY INSURANCE? 5. CAN YOU RENT OUT PART OF YOUR PROPERTY?
6. CAN YOU MAKE YOUR PROPERTY MORE ENERGYEFFICIENT? 7. DOES IT MAKE SENSE TO DOWNSIZE? Likely, there is one thing on this list you can act on today to make housing costs more affordable. Let’s look at each item in more detail.
