Stuart Dybek: The Art of the Chicago Short Story Fee: $119 Arguably, Stuart Dybek’s short stories capture the heart and soul of Chicago more than any Chicago author, past or present. We will read several of Hawthorn’s short stories and his first novel, The Scarlet Letter .
