If you are not trained to handle an opt-out request yourself, immediately report the request to privacy@asburyauto.com. • Never use your position in the Company to access an individual’s personal information unless it is necessary to complete the transaction requested by the Company or that individual. You are strictly prohibited from accessing personal information about a consumer for any reason such as dating, proselytizing, research for divorce / child support or other legal proceedings, fundraising or any other reason that is not directly Company related. • Never remove personal information from the Company in any format, including any personal device, personal email or personal cloud account. Guest information must not be sent or stored on Google docs or other non-approved application. • Personal information must be securely stored, and then securely destroyed promptly upon the end of the appropriate retention period. • If a Guest has input personal information such as contacts and home address into the technology package of a loaner or trade vehicle, delete that personal information promptly during the reconditioning/cleaning process. Likewise, check all areas of the loaner/trade vehicle including the glove compartment and owner’s manual, to ensure the Guest has not left any personally identifiable information in the vehicle. • Review and understand the SAFEGUARDS: CUSTOMER INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY. “Personal information” can include anything that identifies or describes an individual. Name, pictures, address, IP address, email, social security number, driver’s license number, passport number, family information, telephone numbers, education, employment, employment history, bank account number, credit card number, debit card number, or any other financial information, medical information, or health insurance information, biometric information, geolocation, and even a person’s shopping habits or purchases are examples of potentially personal information. NOTE: the above guidelines apply to all individual personal information, whether that information is deemed highly confidential or merely just personal. Additional information security policies apply to Confidential Information.

22 No policy should be construed to confer any express or implied contractual relationship or rights to any Team Member. The Company reserves the right to modify any policy as necessary, in its sole discretion, to the extent permitted by law. Violation of any Company policies or procedures can result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
