POLICIES
Dating/Marriage Policy The Company prohibits dating between Managers and direct reports. Specifically, Managers must not retain responsibility for performance evaluations, promotions or pay of a direct report to whom they are married, dating, or otherwise engaged in an interpersonal relationship. Each participant in a Manager and direct report relationship must report the relationship to the dealership GM and/or HR Manager. Team Members are prohibited from engaging in any kind of interpersonal relationship with Guests or from using any information obtained in the course of business to further a personal or social relationship. For example, sending flirty or playful texts to phone numbers obtained from Guests, or for any purpose other than to conduct business, is prohibited. Direct Deposit The Company’s preferred method for payment of earnings is direct deposit or pay card. The Company will direct deposit pay (regular and commission) into one or more bank accounts on behalf of Team Members on pay day. Team Members selecting direct deposit will receive one or two paper checks before direct deposit begins. Team Members will be assessed a $25 fee to re-issue lost checks where permitted by law. Team Members can view pay statements and access pay details online through the Company web portal, (Dayforce.) Dress Code, Personal Appearance and Grooming Policy Dress Code Given a variety of legitimate business reasons and circumstances such as safety, protection of Guest and Company products or property, and our public image, we expect all Team Members to use good judgement with respect to their dress and appearance and to present a neat and well-groomed appearance, consistent with this policy. The way Team Members present themselves and the first impression a Guest collects when entering the dealership can have a lasting impact on our relationship with that Guest and with co-workers. Please dress appropriately for your position and in compliance with your dealership specific dress code (if your dealership has one). Team Members who report to work not in compliance with the dealership specific dress code will be instructed to leave work and return in compliance. Such time away from work will be without pay. Team Members must wear their Company provided name tag. Team Members who have their name embroidered on their uniform are exempt from wearing a secondary name tag. Name tags should be visible to our Guests at all times.
