POLICIES

Dress Code, Personal Appearance and Grooming Policy- Continued Personal Appearance and Grooming The following are basic appearance and grooming guidelines applicable to all dealerships: • Clothing must always be clean, pressed, presentable and in good repair. • Sunglasses should be professional and removed when indoors. • Hair should be clean. Extreme colors and styles are not permitted. • Service and Body Shop Team Members must ensure hair length and facial hair length does not present a safety issue. • Mustaches, goatees, beards and sideburns must be neatly trimmed and groomed at all times. Guest-facing Team Members must keep facial hair close to the face and not exceed 2” in length. • Footwear should be appropriate for the position. • Appropriate undergarments should be worn but must not be visible. • Cologne/perfume should not be used in excess. • Personal hygiene and cleanliness are required. • Team Members should not have any visible offensive tattoos. Factors that management will consider to determine whether tattoos may pose a conflict with the Team Member’s job or work environment include but are not limited to - offensiveness to co-workers, Guests, vendors or others in the workplace based on racial, sexual, religious, ethnic, or other characteristics or attributes of a sensitive or legally protected nature. • Visible facial jewelry or decorations are not allowed to be worn by Guest-facing Team Members. • Ear lobe stretching gauges are not allowed to be worn by Guest-facing Team Members. The following are not permitted and cannot be worn at any time: • Mini-length skirts or dresses. • Shirts with stomach or back visible. • Low cut shirts or dresses. • Flip flops. • Undergarments may not be worn as outer garments. Team Members are expected to observe the Company’s Personal Appearance and Grooming Policy at all times while at work. Violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination. The Company, in its sole discretion, will determine when a Team Member’s attire or appearance does not meet the requirements of this policy. The Company will not enforce this policy in violation of any federal, state, or local equal employment opportunity laws. The Company will provide reasonable accommodations to this policy for a Team Member’s religious beliefs and practices, medical needs, or other protected reasons, provided the requested accommodation does not create an undue hardship for the Company and/or does not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace and/or to the individual. Once the Company is aware of the need for an accommodation, the Company will engage in an interactive process to identify possible accommodations. For more information, please see our Accommodations policy. • Tank tops or spaghetti straps. • Leather pants or denim fabric. • Jogging, yoga or gym clothes. • Tight fitting clothes.

25 No policy should be construed to confer any express or implied contractual relationship or rights to any Team Member. The Company reserves the right to modify any policy as necessary, in its sole discretion, to the extent permitted by law. Violation of any Company policies or procedures can result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
