POLICIES

Eye Protection Policy Team Members shall wear safety glasses whenever an existing or potential hazard associated with a projectile, chemical splash, radiant heat, and intense light is present. Safety glasses shall be worn in Service and Collision Center shop areas at all times. Safety glasses must meet or exceed ANSI Z 87.1 design requirements for impact. In addition, safety glasses shall be worn by Team Members in other departments if an existing or potential projectile hazard exists, i.e. putting together equipment in Parts Department, inflating helium balloons in Sales Department, etc. Prescription eyewear shall meet ANSI Z 87.1 design requirements for impact. In addition, prescription eyewear must have side shields attached when a Team Member is performing work that requires the use of safety glasses.

30 No policy should be construed to confer any express or implied contractual relationship or rights to any Team Member. The Company reserves the right to modify any policy as necessary, in its sole discretion, to the extent permitted by law. Violation of any Company policies or procedures can result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. If you have any questions about this handbook or Company policies, please feel free to discuss with your Manager or HR. • Providing false financial information to the government, creditors or investors. • Falsifying any documents including applications, time records, medical history records, invoices, repair orders and benefits claims. • Fabricating emission, government or any other inspection results. • Providing false information to lending partners such as misleading credit application, stipulations and book out sheets. Face shields shall be worn whenever a grinding operation is being conducted. Splash goggles shall be worn whenever a Team Member is handling an open container or dispensing into or from a container that contains a hazardous material or a suspected hazardous material. Protective hoods and/or goggles shall be worn, at the correct protective shade level, whenever “hot work” or other types of cutting or welding are performed. Fraud and False Statements Policy Misrepresentations of any kind are against Company policy, including misrepresentations to Teams Members, Guests, Lenders, Vendors, Manufacturers or the Company, and could result in termination. The following are some but not all examples of false statements or fraud: • Stealing money or merchandise (theft). • Accepting kickbacks or bribes from Wholesalers, Vendors or Guests. • Intentionally misleading a Guest for financial gain. • Falsifying internal reports. • Intentionally using the wrong job code for a Team Member. • Providing false information to manufacturers. Our Company and our OEM partners have zero tolerance for Team Members who create bogus CSI reports, submit false warranty or incentive claims information, or abuse the parts return process. • Providing false information to inurance carriers, warranty/service contract claims Managers and other Vendors • Claiming compensation or overtime when it is not due. • Claiming workers compensation for an injury that did not occur on the job. • Cheating on expense reports. • Withholding information from an Auditor.
