No Harassment - Continued

Violations of This Policy When violation of the harassment policy has been determined, the Company will take appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including termination. Hazardous and Toxic Materials Policy Team Members must comply with all laws and regulations concerning the use and proper disposal of hazardous or toxic materials. The Safety Data Sheet (SDS) specifies the proper handling and safety procedures for using chemicals. If you have any questions, please discuss them with your Manager or Regional Loss Control Manager. Hazardous, Non-Hazardous, and Universal Waste should be disposed of in accordance with applicable law. If you have questions on how to dispose of an item that may be hazardous or toxic, please refer to the Company’s Risk Management Department. Hiring Procedure Policy The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and has developed a hiring procedure designed to obtain accurate information on candidates in a number of different areas. The specific hiring process includes: • Completion of an accurate application (failure to disclose may disqualify candidate). • Applicant must be 18 years of age or older. • Successful completion of drug screen. • Background check. • Prior employment/reference verification. • Did not fail or refuse to take a drug test in the last 60 days. • Reinstatement if within 90 days and the Company is recruiting the Team Member to return. • Personal insurance is mandatory for Team Members who are given use of a demo or Company vehicle. Housekeeping Policy Good housekeeping is the cornerstone of our safety program. Team Members are responsible for maintaining their own work areas in a presentable manner. At the close of each business day, Team Members should ensure that all equipment is cleaned and put away. All stationery and miscellaneous supplies should be removed from benches/ furniture tops. Paperwork must be put away in a locked and secure location when Team Members are not at their desk. Team Members are expected to discard garbage and cigarette butts in the proper waste receptacle. Spills or other messes that pose a safety hazard must be remedied immediately. Illegal Activity Policy Team Members are not permitted to engage in any kind of illegal activity. Any Team Member arrested, charged, or convicted of any criminal activity must immediately inform his or her Manager and the HR Manager. Failure to disclose will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

33 No policy should be construed to confer any express or implied contractual relationship or rights to any Team Member. The Company reserves the right to modify any policy as necessary, in its sole discretion, to the extent permitted by law. Violation of any Company policies or procedures can result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
