2025 Crown Team Member Handbook

POLICIES

Immigration Law Policy The Company complies with the federal Immigration Reform and Control Act and hires only U.S. Citizens and legal aliens authorized to work in the United States. The law requires that all Team Members submit documents at the time of hiring that establish both identity and employment authorization, or evidence of current application for such documentation, within three (3) days of hire. If the documentation has not been provided to the Company within three (3) days, employment will be terminated. If the work authorization expires, it is the Team Member’s responsibility to renew and submit current documentation to HR. Team Members with expired documentation will not be allowed to work. Further, this Company utilizes E-Verify in order to certify the work eligibility of its Team Members. E-Verify is an Internet-based system operated by Department of Homeland Security in partnership with Social Security Administration that allows participating employers to electronically verify the employment eligibility of their newly hired Team Members.

34 No policy should be construed to confer any express or implied contractual relationship or rights to any Team Member. The Company reserves the right to modify any policy as necessary, in its sole discretion, to the extent permitted by law. Violation of any Company policies or procedures can result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. If you have any questions about this handbook or Company policies, please feel free to discuss with your Manager or HR.
