Holiday Pay

Variable Operations - Sales Advisors, F&I Managers, All Variable Managers/ Directors, & General Managers Variable operations observes and closes for business on the following holidays. All active full-time variable Team Members, regardless of tenure, will be off and paid 8 hours for each day. In order to receive holiday pay, Team Members must work their complete scheduled workday before the holiday and their complete scheduled workday after the holiday. PTO that has been approved and scheduled prior to or following the holiday or absence due to a physician-documented injury/illness prior to or following the holiday will not affect payment of holiday pay. Team Members on unpaid leave are not eligible for holiday pay. Pay amount will be calculated the same as PTO pay. • Thanksgiving Day • Christmas Day The following full-time Team Members will be off but will not receive additional pay for these two holidays • General Managers • F&I Directors • Salaried Team Members Part-time Team Members will be off but will not receive additional pay. Non-salaried variable Team Members will not be paid if the dealership is closed for any other traditional, religious or legal holiday. Variable Team Members may use a PTO day if they wish to be paid for these holidays. Non-Variable Operations and All Other Variable Operations Team Members Non-variable operations observes and closes for business on the following holidays. All active full- time Team Members, regardless of tenure, will be off and paid 8 hours for each day. In order to receive holiday pay, Team Members must work their complete scheduled workday before the holiday and their complete scheduled workday after the holiday. If any team member is required to work a holiday for which they are eligible, they will be provided with a floating holiday to be used with their manager’s approval within 6 months of the holiday. The following full-time Team Members will be off but will not receive additional pay for these six holidays. • Fixed Operations Managers • Commissioned Team Members paid off of the department Part-time Team Members will be off but will not receive additional pay. The Company retains the discretion, at all times, to modify the holiday schedule (including whether a day is considered a holiday under this policy) without notice to the Team Members. • Variable Managers • F&I Managers • Commissioned Team Members paid off the department • Memorial Day • Labor Day • Christmas Day

48 No policy should be construed to confer any express or implied contractual relationship or rights to any Team Member. The Company reserves the right to modify any policy as necessary, in its sole discretion, to the extent permitted by law. Violation of any Company policies or procedures can result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
