POLICIES
Parking Policy Team Members are required to park their vehicles in designated Team Member parking spots. Repeated violations will result in the loss of parking privileges on Company premises. The Company is not responsible for theft from or damage to personal vehicles while parked or driven on Company property. Please remove any valuables and lock vehicles when parked in Team Member designated parking areas. Never walk to your vehicle alone at night. Parts & Scrap Policy All new, used, or recalled parts that are not returned to the Guest are the property of the Company. No Team Member may remove any used part – including scrap – from the Company without written authorization from the GM. Pay Advances The Company does not make loans or issue advances in pay to Team Members, nor does the Company allow any Team Member “open accounts” for service, parts or for purchase of a vehicle. The Company cannot cash personal or payroll checks for Team Members. Pay Policy The Company pays weekly on Fridays for hours worked the previous week. If you are paid a salary, your pay is for the current week. Our pay cycle runs Sunday through Saturday. Commissions are paid monthly the Friday closest to the 15 th of each month. These provisions may vary depending on your pay plan. Performance Review Policy Team Members typically will receive a performance review after completion of the introductory period and again at one (1) year following their first year of service. Reviews will be on Company anniversary date thereafter.
51 No policy should be construed to confer any express or implied contractual relationship or rights to any Team Member. The Company reserves the right to modify any policy as necessary, in its sole discretion, to the extent permitted by law. Violation of any Company policies or procedures can result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
