2025 Crown Team Member Handbook

POLICIES

When purchasing service, parts or products, a Team Member must not handle his or her own purchase or repair. Your Manager must review and approve any transaction when you (or your family members) are a Guest of a department where you work or have supervisory authority. For example: • A Service Advisor may not write the estimate on her spouse’s vehicle. • A Collision Center Manager must obtain approval of the Collision Director prior to repairing his sister’s vehicle. • A General Manager shall notify the MMD/RVP prior to purchasing running boards for his personal vehicle. Service Labor The Company provides repair work on Team Member and immediate family vehicles at $49 per labor hour. Diesel and transmission work will be billed at $59 per labor hour. No vehicle is to be worked on in the service department or body shop unless the Manager of the department authorizes the repair order. The vehicle must have the proper routing and tag number. And a repair order must be generated.

Parts Team Members and immediate family may purchase parts at 10% over cost.

Collision Center Repairs to Team Member and immediate family vehicles not covered by insurance will be discounted. Repair covered by insurance will not be discounted, including saving insurance deductibles. New Vehicles Team Members and immediate family will be able to purchase a vehicle for $1,000 below the store’s average gross profit over the last 30 days for the model at the discretion of the MMD/RVP and GM both of whom must approve, minus any applicable incentives on the vehicle. A processing or administrative fee (“DOC Fee”) will be charged but a discount will be taken off the sale price to offset the fee. The Employee & immediate Family Vehicle Purchase Worksheet must be completed for any employee or family deal, regardless of discount, with required signatures. There may be restrictions on certain new vehicle models based on availability. Vehicles under a 30-day supply are exempt from employee pricing. See the dealership GM for an Exception List. Additionally, this policy may be suspended by the Company at any time in the Company’s sole discretion.

55 No policy should be construed to confer any express or implied contractual relationship or rights to any Team Member. The Company reserves the right to modify any policy as necessary, in its sole discretion, to the extent permitted by law. Violation of any Company policies or procedures can result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. If you have any questions about this handbook or Company policies, please feel free to discuss with your Manager or HR.
