POLICIES
Used Vehicles • Any used car sold up to and including the 30th day in inventory will be discounted $500 off the internet price. • Any vehicle over 30 days will be discounted $750 from internet price. • Processing or administrative fee will be charged but with an offsetting discount to the sale price. • Team Member or immediate family will be responsible for used car purchase and advertising fees and for a warranty when applicable. There may be restrictions on certain new vehicle models based on availability. See the dealership GM for an Exception List. Additionally, this policy may be suspended by the Company at any time in the Company’s sole discretion. Purchase Guidelines • Team Members may extend new and used purchase discounts to friends and extended family. However, the discount cannot exceed 25% of the discount that would be offered to a Team Member and immediate family. • Other than certified vehicles, all used vehicles purchased are AS IS and will be state inspected. • For Non-Team Members, extended service contracts and other F&I products will be sold at $100 over Company cost, including packs, except where prices are regulated by state law. • For Team Members on the deal, extended service contracts and other F&I products will be sold at $100 over Company cost by, excluding packs, except where prices are regulated by state law. • Financing for a Team Member or immediate family, if desired, will be obtained from a primary lender at the Company buy rate; in some instances, Team Members or immediate family may be required to obtain his/her own financing. Additionally, the purchase guidelines listed above may be suspended by the Company at any time in the Company’s sole discretion. Recording Policy Team Members are prohibited from taking photographs or making audio or video recordings of our customers at any time, without their written consent. Contact your local HR Manager to obtain the consent form. Team Members are also prohibited from taking photographs, making recordings or copying for their own use the Company’s Confidential Information or trade secrets that are unrelated to their wages, hours or working conditions. Team Members are also prohibited from photographing or recording other Team Members in places where they have an expectation of privacy, such as in a restroom. There are also state and federal laws that govern, and employees should be aware and in compliance with these. NOTE: Team Members should understand that nothing in this Policy or any other Company policy should be interpreted in a manner that unlawfully prohibits the right of Team Members to engage in protected concerted activity or otherwise interfere with the rights of employees to discuss or share information related to their wages, hours or other terms and conditions of employment under the NLRA. The Company respects the Section 7 rights of Team Members and has and always will comply fully with its obligations under the NLRA, and the Company emphasizes that this Policy does not intend to cover conduct engaged in by Team Members that is protected by the NLRA.
56 No policy should be construed to confer any express or implied contractual relationship or rights to any Team Member. The Company reserves the right to modify any policy as necessary, in its sole discretion, to the extent permitted by law. Violation of any Company policies or procedures can result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
