POLICIES
Religious Accommodation Policy The Company respects the sincerely held religious beliefs and practices of all Team Members and will make, on request, an accommodation for such observances when a reasonable accommodation is available that does not create an undue hardship on the Company’s business. A Team Member whose religious beliefs or practices conflicts with his or her job, work schedule, or with the Company’s policy or practice on dress and appearance or with other aspects of employment and who seeks a religious accommodation must submit a written request for an accommodation to the Human Resources Manager. Upon receiving a request for accommodation, we will seek an interactive process with the individual to clarify his or her needs and identify the appropriate reasonable accommodation. Failure to provide required information or to otherwise participate in a meaningful way in the interactive process may result in denial of an accommodation. Any individual believing that a reasonable accommodation has not been provided or who otherwise feels he or she has been discriminated against on account of a religious belief or practice must follow the Company’s Team Member Complaint Procedure, which is contained in this Handbook. Relocation Policy The Company provides relocation assistance to Team Members in certain positions. For further guidance on applicable positions and benefits, please contact your Human Resources Manager. Remote Work/Telecommuting Policy
Remote work (also known as telecommuting) is the concept of working from home or another alternative worksite, away from our traditional work premises. It is a method of meeting the needs of the Company. The Company has the right to refuse the availability of remote work to any Team Member and, even once approved, to terminate the arrangement at any time. Strict timekeeping requirements and performance expectations are required if this option is available. Managers are required to contact their MMD/RVP, GM and HR Manager before authorizing remote work/ telecommuting.
58 No policy should be construed to confer any express or implied contractual relationship or rights to any Team Member. The Company reserves the right to modify any policy as necessary, in its sole discretion, to the extent permitted by law. Violation of any Company policies or procedures can result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. If you have any questions about this handbook or Company policies, please feel free to discuss with your Manager or HR.
