Team Member Information Policy Compensation Any questions or concerns relating to Team Member compensation data should be discussed with the Team Member’s direct Manager, Payroll Representative or HR Manager. Disciplinary Actions The Company will not discuss any disciplinary action with anyone other than the Team Member involved or Managers. Team Members should understand, however, that nothing in this Policy, or any other Company policy, should be interpreted in a manner that unlawfully prohibits the right of Team Members to engage in protected concerted activity or otherwise interfere with the rights of employees to discuss or share information related to their wages, hours or other terms and conditions of employment under the National Labor Relations Act.

Personnel Files Team Member files are kept in a secure area. Team Member files and documents are Company property and may not be removed from the Company facility. It is the Team Member’s responsibility to record any updates or changes on MDS. If a Team Member seeks to review their personnel file, they may submit a request in writing to the Human Resources Manager and the Company will evaluate the request. Team Member Status Full-time Team Members are Team Members who are normally scheduled to work thirty or more hours a week. Full-time Team Members are eligible for all benefits set forth in the following pages. Part-time Team Members are Team Members who are normally scheduled to work fewer than thirty hours a week. Part-time Team Members are not eligible for some Company benefits unless during the annual measurement period they worked more than thirty hours at which time they will be eligible to elect medical coverage only. Temporary Team Members are Team Members who are hired directly by the Company for a short period of time or are provided through a temporary service. Temporary Team Members are not eligible for Company benefits. t is important for all Team Members to understand that: (1) no Team Member is guaranteed any certain number of hours per week or a particular schedule; (2) Team Members may be shifted from part-time to full-time or vice versa; and (3) the Company specifically reserves the right to make changes to Team Members’ hours, schedule, and job responsibilities without any advance notice or consent by the Team Member.
69 No policy should be construed to confer any express or implied contractual relationship or rights to any Team Member. The Company reserves the right to modify any policy as necessary, in its sole discretion, to the extent permitted by law. Violation of any Company policies or procedures can result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
