Technician Tuition Assistance + Tool Program Tuition Reimbursement Incentive Partnership Program

It is our policy to reimburse technicians/ graduates recruited from an accredited technical institute up to $50,000 to be paid out over 120 months to assist with any tuition indebtedness you have. To qualify for the program, technicians/students:

• Grade point must be 3.0 or higher • Strong lab analysis 95% or above • Professionalism score 90% or above • Certifications • Clean driving record (no DUI’s, no more than 2 moving violations) • Drug free work environment

• Tuition payments start after successfully completing 90 days of full-time employment • Team Members must be currently enrolled or have graduated within the past 24 months to qualify. The Technician must be actively employed for payment to continue, and it will be treated as normal income for tax purposes. Tool Allowance Program Students graduating from an accredited technical school that have accepted a position at a Asbury Automotive dealership will be provided a set of specified tools with a value of over $5,000 from that dealership. This is a taxable benefit which shall be provided within the employment guidelines. • Toolbox and tools will be shipped directly to the dealership of employment. • Student becomes full owner of said tools after eighteen (18) months of full-time employment at that dealership. • Team Members must be currently enrolled in school or have graduated within the past 24 months to qualify for this benefit.

70 No policy should be construed to confer any express or implied contractual relationship or rights to any Team Member. The Company reserves the right to modify any policy as necessary, in its sole discretion, to the extent permitted by law. Violation of any Company policies or procedures can result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
