72 No policy should be construed to confer any express or implied contractual relationship or rights to any Team Member. The Company reserves the right to modify any policy as necessary, in its sole discretion, to the extent permitted by law. Violation of any Company policies or procedures can result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. If you have any questions about this handbook or Company policies, please feel free to discuss with your Manager or HR. Any outstanding matters with the Company should be resolved and all Company property returned prior to the last day worked. Team Members will be paid their regular compensation through the last day worked on the next regular payroll/s, unless otherwise required by applicable state or local laws. You will not be paid for the notice period if your Manager does not require you to work, and the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate Team Member’s employment regardless of notice. Any outstanding debt to the Company will be recovered from the Team Members final paycheck, subject to any applicable state or local laws. Final checks will be mailed to the home address on file. If you need W-2s or pay statements after termination please email – payroll@asburyauto.com . Please verify that your current mailing address is reflected in Dayforce. It is your responsibility to ensure the Company has up-to-date contact information for you prior to your departure, so that you receive any legally required notices and information following your separation. Please notify the Human Resources Department if you need to update your contact information prior to your departure. In the event you choose to resign from your position, we ask that you provide at least two (2) weeks’ written notice. You may be asked to attend an exit interview conducted by your Manager or Human Resources. Unless a shorter time period is required by applicable law, a final paycheck will be processed through the next regular payroll and mailed to the home address on file (or direct deposit) and, additionally, final commissions will be paid out on the next regular commission payroll and mailed to the home address on file (or direct deposit). Guest Contact Information Is Proprietary and Confidential Guest information including contact information is proprietary to our dealership. Guest information is also protected by state and federal privacy laws and may not be used for any purpose other than conducting Dealership business. You may not take Guest information with you when your employment terminates for any reason. Any Guest information you have in your possession must be returned and/or deleted as appropriate. Time and Day Restrictions Our company observes time and day restrictions for calls and texts that are sales/marketing communications. These restrictions do not apply to informational calls and texts such as providing the Guest with directions or confirming that the vehicle is ready to be picked up. But even then, you should only contact Guest during reasonable hours. Use Common Sense Be reasonable with the frequency of calls and texts. Communications should contain useful, correct information. Use good judgment when following up with an unresponsive lead. Do not annoy, harass, pester or pressure.
