POLICIES
Speeding Speeding, careless or reckless driving while operating any vehicle on Company property, public streets, or any designated parking areas will not be tolerated and may be grounds for immediate termination of employment. The speed limit on Company property is 10 mph unless a lower speed is posted. Visitors Notify the receptionist in advance if a visitor is expected. Please instruct visitors to check in with the receptionist immediately upon arrival. Visitors, including pets, relatives, children of Team Members may not come to work with Team Members or stay for more than a short visit during a meal or a break. Workers’ Compensation The Company maintains workers’ compensation insurance that covers full-time or part-time Team Members injured on the job. If you are off work for an extended period, this insurance will pay a portion of your lost wages. If you are off work for an extended period, you will need to initiate FMLA. All workers compensation claims are investigated to ensure that they are compensable. Filing a false claim or reporting an injury as having occurred on the job when it did not is considered fraud and will be dealt with as such. Team Members injured on the job should notify their Manager and complete an incident report available through the Report a Claim tile on the Asbury OKTA page immediately upon recognizing they have suffered an at-work injury or illness. Team Members involved in an accident will be required to submit to a post-accident drug screen as soon as possible after the accident. Team Members have the right to report work-related injuries and illnesses without retaliation.
80 No policy should be construed to confer any express or implied contractual relationship or rights to any Team Member. The Company reserves the right to modify any policy as necessary, in its sole discretion, to the extent permitted by law. Violation of any Company policies or procedures can result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
