This spring marked a milestone for AGC of Utah as we hosted the 27th Annual Safety Confer- ence for the first time in our AGC Training Center. From classroom work- shops and auditorium keynotes to interactive lab sessions, the event transformed every corner of the building into a hub of learning, collaboration, and innovation. With over 200 industry professionals in atten- dance and more than 40 vendor booths, the conference offered some-

A key highlight of the day was the dynamic vendor showcase, where companies from across the industry connected directly with attendees to share solu- tions, demonstrate products, and spark conversations on how their businesses can help advance safety, efficiency, and innovation on Utah jobsites. It was a powerful reminder that safety is a shared effort and
that the right tools, partner- ships, and technologies can make a meaningful difference. The agenda tackled some of the most pressing topics in construction safety, including OSHA updates, mental health resources, heat safety plan- ning, crane operations, ergo- nomics, fall protection, and trenching hazards. Attendees explored strategies for devel- oping emergency action plans, improving subcontractor and general contractor collabora- tion, and listened to a speaker,
