DEBT REFINANCING OF MICROLISE GROUP
SECTOR: TECHNOLOGY Provided financial and tax vendor due diligence services in relation to the debt refinancing of Microlise group. The Microlise group remains a privately owned business which has operated for over thirty years. It provides fleet and vehicle telematics, safety, health and compliance, journey management and delivery management services to both OEM and non-OEM customers. The business continues to invest significantly in research and development annually to ensure its solutions continue to be underpinned by market-leading technology.
