SECTOR: TRANSPORT & LOGISTICS Provided financial and tax due diligence and tax structuring services to Yusen on the acquisition of International Logistics Group (‘ILG’). Yusen is a member of the leading international freight forwarding, contract logistics and transportation group listed on the Tokyo Stock exchange. ILG offers bespoke fulfilment, warehousing and logistics / delivery services to around 500 clients in the UK and worldwide. Offering a comprehensive pick, pack and ship service for well-known brands in the retail, fashion and beauty sectors, ILG will be a great addition to Yusen to further strengthen its e-commerce offering.
