SECTOR: TRANSPORT & LOGISTICS Provided financial and tax due diligence services to Contraload NV (‘Contraload’) in support of the acquisition of Packaging Logistics Services (‘PLS’). PLS provides high quality pooling solutions for reusable plastic load carriers to a range of industries in the UK and Europe. Contraload, headquartered in Belgium is a market leader in plastic pallet pooling across Europe. The acquisition helps expand Contraload’s competitive offering and enhancement of the service offering for the enlarged group.
