SECTOR: HEALTHCARE Provided financial and tax due diligence services to Maven Capital Partners on its backing of the management buyout of Acton Banks. Acton Banks is a market leading UK healthcare staffing business. It places registered nurses and healthcare professionals throughout the Midlands and North West into nursing homes, NHS hospitals, care homes, residential homes and rehabilitation centres in both the public and private sector.
BDO were really helpful partners throughout the deal process and we enjoyed working with them. They worked closely with us to prioritise key areas of sector specific financial analysis and tax advice.
