Chris Clay with 2-10 Homebuy- ers Warranty received the Shorty How- ard Award, given annually to the As- sociation’s top membership recruiter. It is Clay’s third time to be honored with this award, which is named after one of the Dallas BA’s legendary figures, an associate member who lived for bringing in members. Being the As- sociation’s top membership recruiter at the time of his untimely death, Shorty Howard set an example that, today, the Dallas BA embraces as the embodiment of commitment.
