As the esteemed project coordinator of the AAOC, Iti- na Johnson brings a wealth of experience and expertise in addiction studies, social work, and substance abuse counseling. With a background rooted in communi- ty service and advocacy for underserved populations, Itina is dedicated to implementing programs that dis- mantle barriers, prevent fatalities stemming from de- spair, address falls prevention, and enhance traffic safe- ty initiatives. Her passion for addressing multi-cultural and socio-economic issues shines through her work, embodying a vision of equity, compassion, and em- powerment for all.

Charlestine “Charlie” Daniel: A Beacon of Advocacy

Fondly known as Ms. Charlie in the community, Charlestine Daniel serves as the Founder and Director of the AAOC, bringing over three decades of advoca- cy and allyship for marginalized groups. With a distin- guished career marked by accolades and recognition for her unwavering commitment to social justice, ed- ucation, and community empowerment, Ms. Charlie’s leadership exemplifies resilience, dedication, and a pro- found commitment to creating safer, more inclusive communities for all.
