HIGH FIVES!

EASY From: Al Garcia, Sawtooth Door To: Trevor Abrams, Twin Falls

Trevor was here at the shop waiting for Chad Beebe so they could load up doors and trim for an emergency delivery. He took it upon himself to start sweeping the shop while waiting. High-five for maintaining company culture!

WOW From: Justin Osterhout, Twin Falls To: Forrest Cox, Twin Falls

STRIVE From: Randy Forgy, Caldwell To: David Senner, Boise

I want to high-five Forrest Cox, one of our CDL drivers in Twin Falls. He consistently goes the extra mile to help our customers. A customer contacted his CSR to compliment Forrest’s awesome job on a recent delivery. Thank you, Forrest!

We had a semi-truck early morning delivery to Star. My driver broke down, and the moffett blocked the westbound lane, making Beacon Light a single-lane road. David stopped to help direct traffic. He could have simply driven past and gone about his day, but he saw a Franklin truck in trouble and an employee who could use help. To me, that is a Team Player and an Employee Owner. Thank you, David, for going above and beyond.

GUIDE From: Adam Hyer, Caldwell To: Anthony Matney and Kevin Curtis, Caldwell

I wanted to take a moment to give a well-deserved high-five to Anthony Matney and Kevin Curtis. I periodically test our yard crew by not wearing the proper PPE to see how far I can make it out the door before someone catches me. Anthony and Kevin are always on their A-Game. On a yard walk today, I got an email and pulled out my phone without thinking. Kevin saw me and called me out! I got caught up in the moment and put myself in a dangerous position. Actions like this make me proud to be a part of the Caldwell team because regardless of who it is, they are willing to speak up.

SAFE From: Eric Heiden, Burley To: Robert Smyer, Burley

While in the yard, I noticed a sheet of 3/4 OSB with a stack of 5/8’s. It was in the middle of the pile instead of on top, so I asked Robert to help me move them to get the 3/4 OSB where it belonged. He not only helped, but he also came up with a much better solution.

FRUITLAND DOOR SHOP HAS COME A LONG WAY A Peek at Our Pride and Joy

We are proud to pull back the curtain and reveal that our Fruitland, Idaho, Door Shop recently underwent a massive renovation and expansion project, along with welcoming aboard 24 year Franklin veteran, Ian Beane, as Fruitland Door Shop’s estimating manager. “The expansion of the door shop and the hiring of Ian Beane has turned our business around completely,” Jeff Thomas, the general manager, tells us. “Ian’s knowledge of doors and

production team. Juan also has 20 years of experience working in Boise and Fruitland’s door production.” Jeff explains that Juan is truly a magician when it comes to fixing old machines. “He has ‘saved our bacon’ several times, and Scott sets the team up for success every day by having the product ready when they get to work.” Everyone at the Fruitland Door Shop location operates like a well- oiled machine! They are willing to learn and grow without complaint, maintain flexibility when it’s time to welcome change, and when mistakes are made, they are quick to grow and learn from them. For Jeff, this team is exactly what he needs to welcome success and the best customer service possible. “The team has the right attitude, even down a couple of guys, to get the job done. Ian and the office have taken the

door shop cycle counts to a respectable level. It’s cool to stand back and look at the process, from Jeff Ward and myself brainstorming for hours just on the flow to the finished product we have now,” Jeff says. “Construction is a stressful business; it has many ups and downs. It gives me great pleasure to share our Fruitland Door Shop journey with you!”

production was a perfect fit for Fruitland. He has created a culture where our employees like what they do, and it shows in their product.” Jeff also raves about Fruitland Door Shop’s exceptional office staff. “Corey Garcia and Cherie Littleton are the two account coordinators, and Randy Boyce is our hardware specialist. Corey also brings over 20 years of door experience to the team. Juan Gutierrez, Tyler Stanzel, Rene Davila, and Brennon Brown comprise a well-oiled
