Yoshukai Karate offers respect, manners, discipline, fitness, kickboxing, self-defense, etc. The class is year-round and taught by Sensei Mike Culbreth, who is an 8th degree black belt with a certification of Masters in Yoshukai. Sensei Culbreth has been teaching for over 46 years. Registration is at the beginning of each month with the instructor during class times. TAI CHI Tai Chi is an exercise practiced at a slow and even speed. This is a nonaggressive martial art that promotes relaxation, good balance, coordination, and peace of mind. It consists of warmup (easy motions) and Tai Chi forms. Ages: Dates: Location: All ages!
