YOGA4ME (MIND, BODY, BREATH) Are you a person who plays sports, or someone who is trying to lead a healthy life? Are you a working professional, someone who has retired, or are you busy at school? If the answer is YES to any of these, then Yoga will help you to balance your mind, body and breath. Yoga sessions are ideal for members who are new to Yoga, as well as beginners and intermediate levels. Yoga, which originated in India, uses various methods, techniques and practices which will be adopted in these sessions. Sessions offer various breathing practices which help to increase life force energy for a better life. Yoga is beneficial for relaxation (calmness, better quality sleep); physical health (flexibility for day-to-day activity, to avoid any injury, build muscle strength and stamina, regulates nervous system, circulatory system, digestive system, brain function and many more). Exercise your mind, along with your body by reading a book while walking the trails at Walton Park and Kiwanis. The paved trails have reading stations along the way. The Houston County Library supplies a new story each month for the reading stations. All ages!
