AQUATICS

FALL SESSION 1: August 11 – October 10 9 weeks for $54 (Aqua Tai Chi & Aqua Yoga $36); Registration is July 28 – 29; No class 9/1 AQUACISE

Aquacise, also known as water aerobics, is a full-body workout in water that can help with weight loss, muscle toning, and endurance. Our Aquacise classes take place at the Westgate Wellness Pool Low impact: The water reduces pressure on your joints, bones, and muscles Resistance: The water provides resistance for your muscles Social: Aquacise classes are often a fun and social experience

All registration is held at the Westgate Wellness Pool. Register by filling out an information card and putting it in the registration box on the registration dates prior to each session. Registration is on-going after classes begin. Registration for winter session will be December 15-16. 2026 dates TBA.
