We are pleased to offer the ultimate spa and wellness experience, including our Fitness Center and luxurious locker rooms.
Appointments & Reservations Appointments may be scheduled by phone or email during operational hours. All charges will be billed to your membership account.
Arrival We suggest that you arrive 30 minutes before your appointment’s time to sign in and shower in our well-appointed locker rooms. Late Show As a courtesy to the following clients, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged the full-service fee. Age Requirement All Wellness Center guests must be 16 or older to schedule a treatment or use the Wellness Center. Cellular Phones In consideration of our other guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phone before entering the Wellness Center. Private Spa, Wellness and Fitness Wellness and Fitness Professionals that the facility employs are allowed to offer services on property.
Cancellation Treatment times are reserved especially for you. We kindly request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance for single services and 48 hours in advance for multiple treatments. A 100% charge will be applied to your membership account for failure to follow this policy. No-show appointments will be charged in full. Health Considerations Please notify our reservation department if you have high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments or special needs, or if you are pregnant women as these conditions may affect your choice of services. This information may also be completed on your Personal Care Guide upon arrival at the spa. Choosing a Treatment Our Wellness Center reservation department will help you plan the perfect spa experience based on your specific needs.
HOW TO SPA
Shaving Shaving is not recommended before exfoliation treatments or hair removal services. We do, however, recommend that men please shave two hours prior to their scheduled facial treatment. Personal Property/Valuables Valuables including, but not limited to, jewelry, watches, purses, and wallets should not be brought to the spa. We are not responsible for any theft or loss of personal property. Courtesy & Respect Any harassment, profanity, theft, threats, physical contact, or disrespect of the employees upholding the policies of the property will result in disciplinary action.

Gratuity For your convenience, a suggested gratuity can be added to your service(s). Gratuities are optional, can be adjusted, and are left at your discretion. Gratuities are retained in full by the service provider(s). Gift Cards Spa gift cards are an excellent way to give the gift of health, relaxation, and beauty to the special people in your life. We will be more than happy to assemble a group of services that fit any personalities or special occasions. Gift cards may be purchased at the Pro Shop or by phone and may only be redeemed for products and services, please.
