Celebrating 75
My only real travel tradition is having a burrito before I leave San Diego, and having a burrito first thing when I get back. What is life but a burrito? The people I love, the things I enjoy, the experiences I’ve had, they’re the filling—and the city itself, the tortilla. If I ever had to start again, wherever I land, I’m going to do what I know how to do: make a burrito.
