Skills Olympics Students demonstrate the technical skills mastered throughout the school year with an intra program competition. The event is complete with Opening Ceremonies and Awards. Community industry partners volunteer their time as judges. Events and Activities
Program Showcase and Tours We annually welcome students and counselors from all KHSD sites to come and explore our programs. Current students share an overview of what career and technical education is. This provides students with an interactive opportunity to learn about the various programs and opportunities before registering for classes.
Fun Friday Twice a Year the students of ROC and CTEC take an extended school-wide break. This gives them the oppor- tunity to build camaraderie with those in other programs and have fun! The event includes gigantic bounce houses for sports and fun, dunking booths, music for dancing and food. Clubs have an opportunity for fund- raising.
