CONCLUSIÓN El CTIHD ha sido implementado exitosamente utilizando un diseño curricular basado en competencias. Su estructura, secuencia y contenido fueron refinados mediante evaluaciones cuantitativas y cualitativas iterativas. En los últimos cinco años, los logros del CTIHD incluyen la certificación de 42 miembros de la comunidad, la creación de siete alianzas con investigadores académicos, el desarrollo de siete propuestas de investigación conjuntas y 22 planes de promoción de salud. Estos resultados demuestran la eficacia del modelo de capacitación comunitaria basado en los principios de la IPBC en fomentar asociaciones y promover investigaciones sobre disparidades en salud. Además, se superaron las expectativas con la implementación de tres propuestas y un plan educativo financiados externamente. La capacitación formal posibilita la participación comunitaria en todo el proceso investigativo, como evidencia la alta retención de aprendices (83%), indicando una

fuerte aceptación del programa por la comunidad. Asimismo, las plataformas formales desarrolladas fortalecen el empoderamiento comunitario, el pensamiento crítico y la acción social, promoviendo la investigación participativa comunitaria en Salud.
