Liberty Marking Installs Second Nilpeter Press
Liberty Marking Systems of Cincinnati, Ohio, recent- ly installed its second Nilpeter flexo press, an FB- 3300S, just 18 months after purchasing its first FB-3300. Established in 1988, Liberty Marking Systems is a privately owned company specializing in custom la- bels and innovative solutions for all labeling needs.
“This press will double our previous maximum ca- pability of multi-color printing and will allow us to become more prominent in the prime and retail la- beling markets,” said Brian Beam, Vice President of Liberty Marking Systems. Printing Industries of America (PIA) is now accept- ing nominations for the 2017 Naomi Berber Memori- al Award. This award honors outstanding women for their exceptional record of accomplishments in graphic communications, significant contributions to- ward the development of the industry, and for having furthered the interests of the field. Nominations are due on June 16. Eligible candidates must have worked in the graphic communications industry for ten years or more and have an outstanding record of accomplishments that demonstrate her remarkable contributions toward the development of the graphic communications indus- try.The Berber Award will be presented at Printing In- dustries of America’s Fall Administrative Meetings on November 10–12 in Concord, North Carolina.
